I would like to extend to you a personal invitation to celebrate Passover 2012 with BTF. If you never have experienced Passover, this is the time to do so. It is an experience of a life time as we celebrate once a year for we, as Gods people, are commanded by God himself to do so. Leviticus 23:2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feast of the Lord, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts.
God himself has ordained the feasts. We are to keep them and to proclaim them to be holy convocations. Passover is one of the feasts we are to keep.
Passover
Passover is a wonderful celebration unto the Lord our God for he did deliver us from death.
And when I see the blood I will pass over you Exodus 12:23. For this is my blood of the new testament ,which is shed for many for the remission of sins Matthew 26:28 .
We celebrate that God provided a sacrifice for all those who will receive eternal life. He provided his son Yeshua as the sacrificed Passover lamb.
Passover is a story that has been retold for thousands of years. It is a story of miraculous transitions-----from slavery to freedom, from despair to hope, from darkness to light. Its greatness is the greatness of God. As God cared for the children of Israel in ancient times, He cares for all who are His today.
I will free you from the forced labor of the Egyptians rescue you from their oppression redeem you with an outstretched arm I will take you as my people, and I will be your God. Exodus 6:6,7
We will reenact the story of Passover as we go through the Haggadah which means The telling. We invite all who would like to dress in the Israeli dress apparel to please do so. This is a celebration to enjoy! Not to be in bondage.
We will have THE SEDER PLATE on which the six symbolic food items are placed.
We have the wonderful and delicious PASSOVER SUPPER with the traditional Matzos ball soup .
We have messianic dancers and the sounds of the Hebraic live music; the environment of Israel .
We invite you to bring your Shofars and your hand instruments.
We will celebrate Passover Saturday April 7th starting promptly at 5:00 P.M. second day of Passover -- to be opened to the public
